With the room reservation, each guest is entitled to the sweet and salty breakfast, served at the table from 8:00 to 9:30 a.m. Upon request, it is possible to receive early service free of charge up to a maximum of 30 minutes and for a fee according to the requested time.

Breakfast is prepared with local products and foods of the highest quality. In the choice of foods, great attention has been paid to the rediscovery of forgotten flavors and to offer added value, foods from our territory, nestled between the Marche Region, Emilia Romagna and the Republic of San Marino, will be included.

With these principles, the B&B, puts on the table an abundant, tasty, balanced, sweet and savory breakfast. They can never miss of course, Cappuccino, Espresso Coffee, Barley Coffee, Tea, Assorted Fruit Juices.

A large forest of pines, firs and cypresses, part of the same property and therefore usable, borders the building that contains the B&B spaces, is immersed in a large Park Garden of 3000 square meters, served by 2 driveways and 2 convenient parking lots.

In summer, the garden is also furnished with a few umbrellas and sunbeds, both of which can be rented and are perfect for spending relaxing and rejuvenating days outdoors.

From the Garden, our guided tours depart weekly, to discover the territory of Montefeltro and San Marino, practicable with our e-Bikes, in trekking or even on horseback. Of course, for those who want to relax in complete freedom in the large garden furnished with all the comforts useful for those who want to bask in the sun or relax in the shade of a white umbrella, lying on a comfortable sunbed, sipping a great drink.
