Guests will have a special experience in THIS WIDE SUITE that occupies a PRIVATE SURFACE of as much as 45sqm with 2 bedrooms of which, one King Bed with the possibility of additionally inserting a third bed and/or a crib, and the other usable as a double or also as a twin with single beds. Choose these accommodations during the quotation and booking process.

Both, use the same bathroom complete with Sauna - Steam Bath and JACUZZI Shower.

The entire Suite is also served by an adjacent area of another 50sqm with dining table, living room with sofa and wood-burning fireplace as well as large panoramic porch overlooking the pools, the garden and the beautiful skyline of the fortress of San Marino and on the horizon the Adriatic Sea. Included in the reservation price is breakfast served at the table and the use of the swimming pool

Bed availability:

1st Room: (1 King Size double bed - standard arrangement) with option to be able to add with extra charge the 3rd bed or even 1 Cot for child up to 3 years of age.

2nd Room: (1 King Size double bed 180x200cm with desk/workstation) or alternatively 2 single beds 90x200cm

Not included in the price but bookable and available for a fee are the use of the jACUZZI heated Swim Spa pool in the garden also in the winter period, e-Bike rental with or without a guide, Horseback Tours, private or group Swimming lessons.
